AutoClerk Interface to Central Reservations

AutoClerk interfaces to the following Central Reservation Systems:

Best Western - The interface requires a second RS232C port on the B/W computer. If your B/W computer does not currently have this port, then B/W Control needs to be contacted (we do that for you) and they will ship you a replacement computer.

The physical connection is via serial cable and connected to a RS232C serial port on the AutoClerk server computer.

All remaining CRS such as Best Value Inn, InnPoints, ResOnCall, San Francisco Reservations, Silicon Valley Reservations, Topaz and Unirez interfaces communicate via tcp/ip and require a persistent Internet connection such as T1, DSL, Frame Relay..etc.
