Historical Folios: Sample Search

"Historical Folios" allows you to retrieve and sort thru checked out guest folios..

After pressing "F" from the Utilities menu, AutoClerk prompts for month and year, for example JAN97, and executes the historical folio display.

NOTE: AutoClerk's historical folios include guest folio information only.
