Historical Data: Sample Search

"Historical Folios" allows you to retrieve any folio by knowing even the smallest detail about it.

After pressing "H" from the Utilities menu, AutoClerk prompts for month and year, for example JAN97, and executes the historical file editor. You can retrieve a folio by knowing anything unique about it. For example: Name, address, city, state, amounts posted, rate class, notes, zip codes, source codes, travel agency, agent, TA address, or even part of a phone number the guest called while staying.

NOTE: AutoClerk's historical includes: folios, extended notes, reservation cancellations & no-shows, city ledger payment summaries. Searches can be with partial information.
