Letters of Confirmation

AutoClerk supports up to ninety-nine different customized letters of confirmation.

Confirmation letters consist of precomposed letters that are merged with data from reservations. Hotels may write their own confirmation letter templates and use this feature to prepare professional looking letters.

You can also Choose if the letter is to be sent to the guest, the company, or to the travel agent.
