List Reservations
Of course by choosing options, AutoClerk gives you a number of ways to list reservations:
You can list reservations in alphabetical order over what ever date span desired, request additional information on each reservation. Reservations can be sorted by last name, company (you can even list reservations for a specific company) or date (then last name). AutoClerk allows you to list the reservations according to what date they were entered. Specials allow you to produce lists of special needs that can be distributed to who ever is responsible for preparing rooms with special needs such as flowers, wine, cheese and fruit tray, chocolates ....etc.
AutoClerk also allows you to specify the type of reservations you wish to include in the report, such as wait list, or guaranteed. You can mix any types of reservations on the same report.
Here is an example of listing reservations with the additional detail:

Listing reservations with detail gives the confirmation number, last & first name, source, status, arrival date, room type & number, number of rooms, nights, rate, deposit, company info, travel agent detail, reservation note, extended notes (up 10 full lines), date the reservation was created, clerks initials, and rate class.
