Projected Occupancy

While AutoClerk allows projections to be listed by availability as well as occupancy, the occupancy report is usually preferred by owners, managers, and sales people.

The line "Capacity" describes the total number of rooms not out-of-order by room types. The percentage figure on this row will always be 100 percent.

Room types or total rooms overbooked are indicated by an asterisk.

By comparing amounts reservations with the "Capacity" line, you can see your availability. AutoClerk uses "XX" to indicate no room-type specified, and the totals column refers to sleeping rooms only (no conference rooms).

Although the above screen is usually not seen unless requested, AutoClerk provides these options to allow the report to cover any date span desired. In addition, you can even filter out dates that aren't already booked at least 50% full.
