Z: Cancel all holds

AutoClerk allows you to cancel, but not delete, all HOLD (reservations non-guaranteed) for a selected date. They are not; but the rooms are released back to room availability, yet the record and information are kept ten days past the arrival date. The system can be configured to keep reservations active for up to 30 day past the arrival date. At any time if the guest shows up you can checkin the cancelled reservation. AutoClerk automatically takes care of updating the projections. After the ten days the cancelled reservations are transferred to the historical files.
