Standard Cancellation

Like reservations, when you cancel a reservation, you only need put the first few letters of the last name into the field. A confirmation number will work as well.

When you press F10 or +, the computer brings up a screen of reservations for you to choose from. If you have placed a few letters of the last name into the field you will be given a list of reservations which begin with that letter grouping. Choose the one you wish to cancel by high-lighting the name with the up and down arrow keys.

And, true to the Credit Card Companies specifications, you are immediately issued a cancellation number while the reservation status is changed to canceled.
