Reservations Denied Report
When you start a reservation but for some reason are unable to complete it and have to press Esc, AutoClerk allows you to track the reason the reservation was not completed. This non-completion is called a denial.
You are allowed to run the report in a number of different ways.
The report will list a spread of information by date and reason. You may choose from the following:
Deny Date
The dates listed are the dates the reservation denials were called into
your property.
By Day
Like the Deny Date format, the report produces a list that covers
the dates the reservation denials were called in, but within each date,
AutoClerk produces a grid showing the dates the reservations were due to
arrive by the denial codes.

More
Presents you with the following additional options:
- Totals Only
Skips the daily amounts and lists just the totals, cutting down on the amount of space it takes to print the report. The default is to include all days. - Include Deleted Codes
Leaving this box checked off, means that even if a denial type (code) has been deleted from the active list, AutoClerk will still include it in the report if it has been used during the date span of the report. If the box is left un-checked, AutoClerk will only report denials that are part of the active list of denials. The default is to include deleted codes. - Print Current Descriptions
Leaving this box checked off, will produce a list of the denial codes and their meanings at the bottom of the report.
Produces the report in ASCII delimited Text. This is the standard format used in the computer industry for exchanging information. This option makes it easier for you to transfer the data from this report to other programs such as Excel, Access, ACT..etc. Here is an example:
