<F8> Note

This handy function allows clerks to attach extended notes to reservations, checkins, city ledger accounts, and checkouts.

If a reservation or checkin has a direct bill account for its form of payment, AutoClerk will allow you to access the <F8> note for either that guest or direct bill account.

When you have a reservation, checkin, etc. on the screen, just press <F8>, and you have ten lines of text that can be attached to the record.

AutoClerk's F8 notes can be used as a free form database to store directions, phone numbers, instructions, and much, much more.
