<F4> Availability

AutoClerk automatically sets the report to show the availability from today for one month. You can change the date range to anything desired. If you are in a reservation, AutoClerk copies the arrival date.

AutoClerk shows the available rooms by room type. Total rooms available are also displayed. Overbooking by room type or total is indicated by a minus sign. Notice that you can even enter yield management instructions so that even when you're not there, your clerks will know of important events, and rate strategies.
