Individual Room Status

When you are trying to see what is in store for a specific room, you can go to the Individual Room Status screen. This may be very helpful when you are renovating your property or doing summer deep cleaning. Type in the room number you want details on and either change the dates or save them as they are.

AutoClerk displays or prints a report which shows you what type of room this is, the person currently in the room, any reservations due to arrive for the room, and what dates the room is to be out of order and the reason.
