View Rooms

Displays the individual rooms and their status. AutoClerk tracks the following: Vacant and unoccupied, Dirty and unoccupied, Due to Check-out, Stay over, Out-of-Order, Reserved and clean and Waiting to be cleaned but still reserved.

These rooms may be listed by status, room number, or room type. You may indicate a starting date allowing you to view the future status of the room rack. The number of days can be specified, generating a report showing how long each room is scheduled to the status indicated.

The room numbers displayed after specifying this screen are in the following format:

(Smoking) (2-digit room type) (3-digit room number) (1-digit room status): # of days
