<F2> Guest

AutoClerk interrupts the current task to give you a window at the bottom the screen. You can now locate what room a guest is in by entering part of the last name, or part of the company/group name.

As you type, AutoClerk moves down the list till you locate the guest.

To look up the guest "JAMES EARL JONES", you can either look it up by the last name or the company/group name as follows:
(Searching by last name)

Notice that AutoClerk shows the room number, folio, last & first name, note, checkin and checkout date, city/state, and company or group name.
