Void Today's Check-out
AutoClerk will allow almost any transaction to be undone, while also maintaining a complete audit trail. When guests are accidentally checked-out, the "Void Today's Check-out" option reactivates a guest folio, providing that a new guest hasn't been checked into the room.
Even if a room has been occupied by a new guest, it is still possible to bill late charges to a checked-out guest. In this case, a "D" folio can be checked into the guest's old room number, charges and payments posted, the folio printed and then checked-out.
