Check-out
Notes attached to a checkin (even from the original reservation) automatically show on the checkout screen to remind the clerk of any important Information they may contain.
The Checkout Screen displays all active folios. Individual folios may be checked out and return reservations can be taken upon checkout. After taking a return reservation, AutoClerk returns to the checkout screen.
AutoClerk will not allow a folio or room to checkout unless the guest balance is zero.
