Post Monthly Interest

While most businesses charge interest to finance charges, such as insurance companies, it is very rare for a property to charge interest.

After you click yes, AutoClerk will present the following screen. Since all charges must be run through the guest ledger, you must choose a charge type (I.e. Misc) to offset the charges to the city ledger accounts.

When you post interest charges, AutoClerk will post the percentage or $1.00 whichever is more and give you a report showing all interest payments.
