Delete Customer

Allows you to remove an account from the city ledger.

Enter the account code (two or three Characters). If you click on the down arrow tab, or press Enter AutoClerk will produce a list of the customers for you to pick from.

AutoClerk presents the city ledger account information and asks you to confirm your deletion.

Deletions are not immediate. The customer is marked for deletion, but the deletion actually takes place during the night audit.

An account can not be deleted if the account has any transactions in its account even if the balance of those transactions equals zero. The account will not be deleted if there is any activity that occured today for that account or if a guest is checked in and is using that account as their form of payment.
