Checkin a Guest with a Reservation
To pull up the reservation for checkin, you can either enter the confirmation number (located at the bottom of the pre-printed registration slip), or part of the last name.
If you choose to use part of the last name, AutoClerk lists the closest match, you can scroll up and down alphabetically (regardless of date), and pick the reservation. AutoClerk keeps cancels, and no-shows for ten days past the original arrival date, so that if they show up on a different date you can still check them in. There is an option we can turn on for you if you would rather these cancellations and no-shows stay on file for 30 days.
