Registration Slip Numbers Report

AutoClerk has several ways of looking at individual transactions and provides standardized reports of ledger subtotals and totals.

he Standard M1 report consists of two sections: transaction totals for each ledger, and sorted details.

The first section consists of totals of all transactions for each of the different ledgers: guest ledger, city ledger, advance deposit ledger. The total deposit is also shown, as well as a count of the number of checkins, checkouts, reservations, and other "memo" categories.
The second section consists of the sorted detail. Each transaction detail is listed by type and in room number order. At the end of each type, a total is given.
