Tape Chart

The Tape Chart is a visual way to look at your property on a room number basis. You can scroll up and down (by room number) or right and left (by date). The status of a room is indicated by colors:

• White = Available
  
• Blue = Checked in
  
• Yellow = Reserved
  
• Red= Out-of-Order
  

Note: Gauranteed Reservations are showin in Capital letters, while Holds (Non-Gauranteed) reservations are shown in lower case.

You can work directly work out of the room chart, by rigth clicking on a cell, AutoClerk will display a pop-up menu with the appropiate options depending on the status of the room on that date.
