Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)- Quaterly Billing

Dear Valued AutoClerk Customer,

AutoClerk Support Fees are billed quarterly at the first of each calendar quarter. Because they are due by the 1st of each calendar quarter, these invoices are mailed approximately two weeks before the start of each new quarter. For your convenience, AutoClerk, Inc. accepts credit card payments and can setup a credit card recurring payment schedule with your authorization. Support fees are considered past due if not received by the 15th of the first month of each quarter and may be subject to late fees of 1.5% monthly.
