Interface to Digital Phone Switch Features
- Automatically turns phones on and off as the guest is checked in or out
of the AutoClerk system.
- Guest name appears on any phone with a display.
- Housekeeping can update the status of a room using the telephones in the guest rooms.
- Special discrepancy report to catch possible room status problems.
Note: A serial line is run from the Phone switch to the AutoClerk.
