We are responsible for the support of the AutoClerk program.
We are not responsible for any other programs, Windows, the network, hardware etc.
When in doubt, we should be your first point of contact. If we determine that you need to call another party, we will indicate whether it should be your hardware vendor, call accounting...etc. The technician from the other company should contact our technician so they can be properly informed and the support can be coordinated. This also prevents you the Innkeeper from being put in the position of having to explain technical problems or being in the middle of vendors pointing fingers at each other.
