AutoClerk provides general support M-F (9am-5pm PST) execpt for holidays. Off hours support is for emergencies only.

What is an emergency? Anything that prevents you from doing your job. This may not be a problem with the AutoClerk program. In fact it usually isn't. For example, you might need to make a correction to a guest folio and aren't sure how too. You should call for help. It could be a problem with an interface that will require a technician from another company. You should still use us as the first point of contact for anything AutoClerk related.
