AutoClerk interfaces with many of the leading Restaurant POS systems to efficiently streamline your revenue sources with your property management system. The interface eliminates the time delay in getting charges posted to folios and eliminates the error-prone and time-consuming process of manually posting charges to guest folios for separate operations such as restaurant, pro shop, and gift shop.

AutoClerk's interface performs the following:

• Verify's that Folio has Sufficent Credit
• Posts Restaurant Charges to Guest Folio
• Posts Bar Charges to Guest Folio
• Posts Banquet Charges to Guest Folio

When the POS posts a charge to a guestroom, it sends AutoClerk the room number, and AutoClerk responds with the name. If the charge is processed, the POS sends the amount of the charge, and the type of charge (Restaurant, Bar, Catering. etc. The interface supports up to five billing categories) to AutoClerk. AutoClerk then posts the charge directly to the guest folio. The interface also has the ability to hold charges while they are waiting to be posted (ie: if the folio is being used or viewed. The folio is locked). When the folio is released, the transaction will be retrieved and posted insuring accurate billing. By using the interface, it allows a guest to see a consolidated bill for all charges from your property during their stay making their checkout efficient.
