Our AutoClerk product line is based on a client/server architecture with the server components of the application running as a Microsoft Windows service. From an end-user perspective, AutoClerk PMS distinguishes itself by offering sophisticated group functionality, dynamic rate tiers, yield management, custom packages, and a tape chart with a very friendly and powerful drag & drop user interface.
AutoClerk’s PMS interfaces to a total of eight CRS platforms: InnLink, InnPoints, TravelClick, Synxis, Genares, Topaz, ResOnTheWeb and Best Western International (BWI). All seven of the non-BWI AutoClerk CRS interfaces are based on a single AutoClerk proprietary XML-IP interface specification. ResOnTheWeb AutoClerk’s single-image inventory Web-Booking Engine (WBE) platform, offers the hotelier three advanced features that are rarely offered in 3rd party WBEs:
AutoClerk’s PMS interfaces to the Best Western CRS per that company’s two-way interface specifications, and is Best Western-endorsed. Its performance track record is excellent, with no perceivable system performance degradation with user load increase (number of stations at a hotel, and number of transactions being processed). AutoClerk also possesses an extensive library, built up and refined over 25 years, of specifications for future features and products. Many of these specs are per request of end-users. Our Lodgical Solution product line is a complete property management and reservation software package. An easy-to-use interface gives front desk clerks the ability to enter reservations and access all the necessary reports needed to run an efficient operation. It also gathers statistics about guests to help clarify and define focus of advertising strategies. Lodgical Solution can be used in the condominium/hotel industry, and can also be configured to work with timeshare properties. It allows for a range of necessary tasks and operations specific to this growing industry, including unit rotation, owner charges, rental service charges, and the printing of owner proceeds checks and year-end reports, including 1099s. Providing an integrated, live two-way Web Booking Engine, Lodgical Solution interfaces with many of the industry’s leaders in GDS/CRS. It offers a variety of expanded features, including full POS integration with Lodgical POS, and interface with most popular POS products. Lodgical has the ability to allow certified room charging, as well as ticketing/tracking for water park and amusement park properties. |
